Yonkers, New York has the fourth largest population of any city in New York State, with a population of approximately 200,000, the largest in Westchester County. In 1872, Yonkers was the first city to incorporate in Westchester County. Yonkers borders the Bronx and is less than 20 miles from the heart of New York City.
