The Town of Cortlandt is situated in northern Westchester County. Parts of the town border Putnam County. Cortlandt includes the Villages of Buchanan and Croton-on-Hudson. The most recent Census determined that Cortlandt has a population in excess of 38,000.
The Hudson River borders the town on the west side. Cortlandt is known for the fresh water lakes of Oscawana and Mohegan, which are named after Native American Indian tribes.

To get to our office from the Town Hall in Cortlandt, depart from Heady St. and make a left on Oregon Road. Follow the signs for Bear Mountain State Parkway. Turn right onto Bear Mountain State Parkway. Bear left onto US-202/SR-35/Crompond Road. Take the ramp for the Taconic State Parkway South. Continue straight onto the southbound Sprain Brook Parkway. Take ramp on the left for the I-287 East/Cross Westchester Expressway toward White Plains. Take exit 8W and make a left turn onto to Bloomingdale Road. After turning onto Bloomingdale Road, get over to the right immediately to make a right onto Maple Avenue. After five lights in quick succession, cross over the intersection of Maple and Mamaroneck Avenue and turn into the Chester-Maple Garage located on the right. Our building is located just to the west of the intersection of Maple and Mamaroneck Avenue.
