The Village Of Pelham

The Village of Pelham is located in the southeastern section of Westchester County. The village, contained within the Town of Pelham, has approximately 6,400 residents.

The derivation of the name Pelham comes from Thomas Pell, who originally bought the tract of land from the Siwanoy Indians in the mid– 1600’s.

Directions To Our Office

To get to our office from the Pelham Town Hall, leave Sparks Avenue heading toward Manning Circle. Take the ramp on the left and follow the signs for the Hutchinson River Parkway North. Take Exit 23N for Mamaroneck Avenue west towards White Plains. Keep Straight onto Mamaroneck Avenue. 200 Mamaroneck Avenue, White Plains, N.Y. will come up on the left, just after a firehouse on the right at the corner of Mamaroneck Avenue and Maple Avenue. There is limited parking available in front of our building; however, parking is also easily accessible in the six story parking garage directly behind our building, at the Chester–Maple Garage. To get to the parking garage, make a left turn on Maple Avenue and then immediately turn into the parking garage on the right.
