The Town Of New Castle
The Town of New Castle consists of the hamlets of Chappaqua and Millwood. There are approximately 17,000 residents of the town.
Chappaqua is the largest hamlet in New Castle. Former U.S. President Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary Clinton, the current United States Secretary of State, are the most famous residents of the town.
Directions To Our Office
To get to our office from the Town Hall, begin from Hunts Lane toward Hunts Place. Make a right onto Hunts Place. The road name changes to Douglas Road. Turn left onto Mill River Road. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit. Take the ramp on the left and follow the signs for the Saw Mill Parkway South toward Sprain Parkway/ New York City/ Bronx Parkway. Stay straight onto the Sprain Brook Parkway South. Take ramp on the left for I–287 East/Cross Westchester Expressway toward White Plains. Take Exit 5 to SR–100 South/SR–119 South/Tarrytown Road towards White Plains. After the Galleria Mall on your right, turn right onto Mamaroneck Avenue. Our building at 200 Mamaroneck Avenue, White Plains, N.Y. will be on the right. There is limited parking available at meters in front of the building; however, parking is more easily accessible in the six story parking garage directly behind our building at the corner of Maple Avenue and Mamaroneck Avenue, known as the Chester–Maple Garage. To get to the garage, continue to Maple Avenue, make a right onto Maple Avenue, and the entrance to the parking garage is immediately on your right.
