The Town of Orangetown is in the southeastern section of Rockland County. Orangetown is east of the Town of Ramapo, south of the Town of Clarkstown and west of the Hudson River. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 31.4 square miles. Its population was estimated to be 47,711 as of the 2000 Census. Orangetown was the first town formed in Rockland County in 1680.

To get to our office from the Orangetown Town Hall, go WEST on W ORANGEBURG ROAD, and then merge onto PALISADES INTERSTATE PARKWAY NORTH. You will then merge onto I-287 E/ I-87 S/ NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY S via EXIT 9E toward WHITE PLAINS. Keep LEFT to take I-287 East CROSS WESTCHESTER EXPRESSWAY via EXIT 8 toward WHITE PLAINS/RYE. Take RT-100 S/ RT-119 E exit, EXIT 5, toward WHITE PLAINS. Merge onto NY-119 S. Turn RIGHT onto Mamaroneck Avenue/NY - 125. 200 MAMARONECK AVENUE is located on the RIGHT.

There is limited parking available at meters in front of the building; however, parking is more easily accessible in the six story parking garage directly behind our building at the corner of Maple Avenue and Mamaroneck Avenue, known as the Chester-Maple Garage. To get to the garage, make a left on Maple Avenue just before reaching our building, and the entrance to the parking garage is immediately on your right.
